No. Each licensed practitioner is responsible for their policy.
To file a claim, please contact our Operations Team at sarasota.bsd.operations@ajg.com to start the claim process. The Operations Team will verify your coverage and have you complete a Claim Summary Form, there may also be requests for additional supporting documentation depending on your situation. Our team will handle the rest from there and contact you with the next steps.

No. There is no minimum or maximum.
Yes, if your policy was in effect at the time of the incident. All Insure Fitness Group policies are Occurrence Form Coverage, you’re covered as of the date the injury occurred, not the date the claim was made.

An additional insured is a person, place, or organization added to your policy who can benefit from your coverage should a claim occur that also impacted them. By naming them as an additional insured, you are extending your coverage to them, it is not a policy of their own.
No. You can teach or practice any of the modalities listed here.
Per occurrence means the maximum amount of coverage available for each incident resulting in a claim. Insure Fitness Group offers $1 million in liability coverage per occurrence, or per single claim. Annual aggregate is the maximum amount of coverage available to you for all incidents that occur during a policy year. Insure Fitness Group offers an annual aggregate of $3 million per year.
