Policy Exclusions
While Insure Fitness Group covers hundreds of fitness professions, we strive to be as transparent as possible with what we don’t cover:
- Any procedure that punctures skin, including acupuncture, body piercing, tattooing, body branding or permanent body art/modification of any kind
- The administration or prescription of any digestible medicine, biological product, medical device and/or implants
- Aerial yoga
- Hair transplants or implanting
- Cosmetic surgery of any kind
- Skeletal structure manipulations e.g. chiropractic procedures
- Removal or any attempt to remove warts, moles or skin growths
- Any and all procedures requiring a medical license
- Hypnosis
- Laser treatments
- Charges of sexual harassment or the transmission of HIV or an STD
- Fitnessal coaching
- Sports coaching
- Doula services
- Services provided to those in correctional facilities
- Coverage is excluded for any machine that is repurposed for uses other than its intended design (i.e., repurposing a Tanning Bed into a Red Light Therapy bed)
- Whole body cryotherapy chambers (however, traditional cryotherapy is covered)
- Boxing
- Jiu Jitsu
