Her background includes coaching clients on metabolism, behavior change, nutrition, fitness, sleep, and stress management. Jennifer currently teaches Cycling, Pilates, Yoga, and HIIT, and is passionate about helping clients of all ages and abilities achieve their wellness goals through guidance, education, and accountability.
